Romena Jonas, CEO

Romena Jonas leads PGI with a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and genuine dedication to public service. With almost 40 years of experience in environmental consulting and construction management, she has guided PGI through major federal, state, and local projects while building strong relationships with clients, partners, and communities.
 
Alongside her professional achievements, she has devoted decades to humanitarian and educational initiatives, supporting underserved families and developing sustainable programs such as a sewing school in Armenia. Her leadership is grounded in integrity, clarity, and a deep commitment to delivering work that stands up to scrutiny and serves the public good.
